This page explains how the current static experience behaves, including the browser-local consultation brief.
What this website collects
The static website does not include analytics, marketing tags, accounts, cookies, remote forms or server-side storage. Ordinary hosting infrastructure may still produce technical request logs under the hosting provider’s policy.
The consultation brief
Form entries are held only in the current browser state. Preparing, copying or downloading the brief does not transmit it. Refreshing or closing the page clears the entered state.
What not to enter
Do not enter identification numbers, bank details, passwords, health data, full employee records, tax returns or other sensitive information. Use only a high-level preparation description.
Contact channels
If email, telephone or appointment links are shown, information sent through them is handled by the chosen communications provider. The practice privacy notice should identify the controller, purposes, processors, retention approach and rights that apply.
